I keep having to buy a new charger every 3 months or so. When my charger is plugged in, it says its not charging. I know its not the charger bc i just got itits brand new. I have to move the charger around in a certain way in order for it to chargedoes anyone know what might be wrong with it and how much it might cost to fix it?
Well it's obviously the area where your charger is plugging into the PC. Since it's a new charger, that's my opinion on what it could be. Depending on where you go, it might be about 60 bucks or less. Just my opinion, dont shoot me lol
laptop battery's tend to not last that long on certain manufacturers. check the battery and bring it to get tested or purchase a new battery.
Well if you said the charger is new, then there should be no need for it to be acting this way. Most likely the problem is in the PC outlet for charging on itself
(Moving the charger) It sound like the problem is in the socket. This is a fairly common problem, sometimes the printed circuit board can get broken or the tabs inside the socket get bent from the cord getting pulled. If this is the case it isn't terribly difficult to fix and new sockets are inexpensive but it does require a substantial amount of time to dismantle, re-soldier the socket, then reassemble and that is expensive.
