Wheel Spacers.SAFE OR NOT?I have an Infiniti g35 coupe with Brembo brakes.Just bought new rims and the Brakes calipers are coming in the way.Someone told me about spacers, specifically 20mm bolt on ones.My question: ARE THEY SAFE?
Sure, wheel spacers are safe, if you take the wheels off once a week and re-tighten them. If you don't re-tighten them once a week you will die! They also wear out wheel bearings/hubs 5 times faster then with out them. So now that you purchased some after market POS wheels that will probably never balance out you want to F-up the wheel bearings. What's next? Ruining the ride with lowering kits that will only chew up tires and make the car ride like a tank?
