Question:

When I pull towards the wheel and push towards the transmission the cv axle moves slightly and makes a noise?

It‘s a thumping knocking noise. Same noise I hear when making a hard right. Do you think wheel bearing or should the cv axle be replaced?

Answer:

A clicking noise when cornering and accelerating is a bad cv joint.Replace the axle.
the only thing u should worry about is me
From what you describe the axle should move in that direction, just the suspension moving up and down in normal driving would require the axle to move in and out. You need to try to twist the axle forward and backward to see if there is play, do both sides to get a idea of how much. Wheel bearings will make noise all the time maybe getting more prevalent when turning but there will be a rumble all the time.
