history background of the data cable
For cable data files, each row represents a cable wire with a Cable Name property that is a reference to the corresponding cable definition. Cable properties are imported to the cable definition with the provided Cable Name. The Conductor ID and Wire Name reference describe a cable wire in the cable definition, thus the cable wires must already exist in the library or wires must be imported before importing the cable definitions.
