Long story short.....I would like to create my own pen from scratch. Where can I find the empty plastic tubes for the ink?
The only places i know are make up artist supply stores or beauty shops. I saw some recently on OKorder, maybe check that out they got pretty weird stuff. Sometimes bigger stores of Dollar Tree carry them.
