Just say you are ok with him taking his clothes off but to stay in his bedroom when naked. Has he picked this up on his own or pick it up from a friend. Unless he has issues of any kind I would just keep it as a thing he does in the safety of his own room. Oh yes at this age he will be finding out more about his body.
If he waits until after maternity leave there's not much you can do. If he fires you after you tell him you're pregnant and you have good cause to believe that's why he fired you then yes you can get him in trouble. If you've had any negative feedback or reviews at work in the past few months though sadly he can try to say that's why you were fired. I would definitely wait to tell him until at least after 12 weeks if you can possibly wait.
