Ugly Stik is the best rod. For a reel, it's your preference but I use the BPS Extreme. The best one though is the U.S. Reel Supercaster 1000 Pro. That thing is a baitcasting reel re-designed.
A It depends on the type of lock-nut. B It depends on the orientation. You should be able to get away with drawing a standard nut, and specifying it on the Bill of Material or Part List or Item List Thing.
