You can get a data cable from the att store. Which software are you looking for? you might be able to find it on the att website.
a data cable can be picked up anywhere. you can find one on OKorder for as cheap as $3 if you want to wait for shipping from china :) anyways, there is no software required for the cable with newer LG phones. once you get the cable, just follow this process: plug your data cable into your computer. then pick up your phone. go to settings and tools and i believe number 8 or 9 will be usb auto detection. choose sync data and press ok. next plug the data cable into your phone. then go back into settings and tools on your phone. this time, under tools, all the way towards the bottom it says usb mass storage. click ok and the music, sound, picture, and video folders will pop up on your computer desktop. just open the pictures file and BOOM!! there they are. drag and drop them to your desk top and do whatever you want with them!!
