If the attorney did indeed do work on your case, he can recover the amount that was spent, once you get your settlement from the insurance company even if you fire him during the process. Talk to her again and try asking what is going on and why is she wetting the bed. I heard the sexual molested kids tend to wet the bed so you might want to look into this if that could be the case.
