I'd like to make light sweaters and other items, but I haven't had the easiest time finding heavy knit fabricsI'd prefer to walk into a store (I live in California) but I suppose a website is fine too.Any suggestions, please.
everyones skin is different , i have always taken the skein of yarn, lay in over the shopping carts handle, rest your forearm on it and go shopping for a bit around the store, the inner part of your arm is sensitive and a good practice area to find out how it feelsand yep i have done this may look a bit weird, but because you really cant just stuff the yarn anywhere else without being accused of shoplifting its an ideal way of checking things out before you buy it.
