i checked both relays and fuse and there good,but i cant seem to locould it be the motor?cate ground wire also i cleaned all wires on pos and neg terminals at battery and it still wont operate could it be the motor and how do i gain access to it? its truly has me boiling made
Open the hood, look at where the wiper arms attach to the posts. All along the cowl under the wind shield there is a plastic grille looking cover that the two wiper posts stick through. down insuide under that removable cover is where the wiper motor is. Maybe the linkage broke or fell off, the linkage is attached to the motor shaft with a nut.
Just follow the wiper linkage under the hood and should lead you to the motor and wiring! when ypou have the hood open just wiggle the wiper and you should be able to see where the linkage and motor come together!
