Some examples of all three: High protein- Eggs, Any kind of protein bar (look for one with A LOT of protein and low sugar content), or a home-made protein drink/smoothie (you can also do the store brands, they just tend to get expensive!) High fiber- A bowl of oatmeal (look for one without a ton of added sugar) or any of the Fiber One cereals or barsKashi also has some good high fiber cereals! A combo of BOTH- Whole grain toast with PB or any other nut butter, greek yogurt with granola, or even just doing something like adding walnuts to your bowl of oatmeal! So many yummy options! :)
