Define resin - it may or may not contain Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). If it doesnt your clear. THC can take weeks to fully leave your system - even longer for habitual users. Its not exactly preformance enhancing

get an off rode helmet with a chin protector
Get the off raod helmet. Street helmets are too heavy and restrict your vision. (side to side). You'll have a sore neck everytime you go out riding. HJC makes a good helmet at reasonable prices. The ACX line is nice. Goggles are a good idea too. Don't cheap out completely though. Find a pair that feels comfortable with your helmet on.
