Come on now! There are many really silly websites with wrong stuff on them. This is just one more of them. It's not an interesting site, just disgusting. It answers no real questions, because it's sheer nonsense. No, it's never worth considering such bull crap as this. The NWO doesn't exist, so it has no members. I know indeed that this is nonsense. The NWO is only a paranoid conspiracy theory that's too ridiculous for me to even consider believing for a moment.
If it is just a little snow or on plowed roads it isn't too bad. But if you are driving on unplowed roads or trying to get out of a parking space it can make a big difference. Snow tires help you to get the car moving. You have to be just as careful when braking however.
