I have a Gateway laptop which I really like alot.
well the answer really depends on who will use it and where will you use it for? sometimes when it somes to heavy softwares its always good to use desktop but if your just using word, excel, any other simple softwares, a laptop will do heavy softwares are like Maya 3D animation, simple software like word, Jcreator. it really depens on where will you use it for
There are pros and cons for both of them, but i like them both because i need them everyday. Desktop are more powerful than laptop regarding on the same price. Laptop provide high mobility which desktop not.
depends on ur personal needs. laptop is a mobile device that u can carry around, especially u have a group assignment to do. desktop's performance is higher than laptops. the most important difference is that desktop can be upgrade easily n at a much cheaper price.
I was asking the same question recently as i planned to buy a new PC. This depends on what you need to do - for the money, a desktop offers much better value although the price difference these days are narrower, let's say 50% - it used to be twice the price. But since I am moving to a new job and a new place very soon, i settled for a notebook. My new Acer notebook has been great. You have to ask yourself how portability is important to you, even just between dining room, bedroom, office and home. If it helps you work better, then go for a notebook.
Laptop .It is handy and easy to carry So Laptop may be the best according to me.Everything available in Desktop PC's are available in Laptops so it is the Best.
