Question:

who is held accountable for an accident I recently had at work?

about 3 weeks ago I had an accident at work and lost part of my little finger on my right hand. I am right handed. I have been working for a spanish company at Devonport dockyard in Plymouth. I was employed by an agency. I am considering legal action and I am wondering who is held accountable? Is it the agency, the company or the dockyard? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Answer:

I have a clocky! The insane noise it makes will def wake you up! And he jumps off your bedside table so you will at least have to lean out of bed to pick him up :)
