they probably have battery backup. take the battery out of each one.
I think most of the aftermarket alarm system has a manual switch that you can shut down the alarm system. Turn the ignition key all the way without starting the car and just use the switch to turn off. If this fail, try unplugging the negative cable and leave the car overnight so everything will be reset to default. If it still doesn't work, you need to have it check out. Good Luck.
