If Daniel Bryan were to face someone at WrestleMania 30, I don't want him to win the 2014 Royal Rumble to be in the WWE Worldheavyweight Title picture. I don't want Daniel Bryan to waste time challenging Randy Orton for that title even though he might not win it. Anyway here are some of the options on who I want Daniel Bryan to face:A) Triple HB) Shawn MichaelsC) KaneD) Sheamus I didn't include John Cena, Brock Lesnar, Batista CM Punk, Bray Wyatt, or any of The Shield members name on that list because at WrestleMania 30 I want The Wyatt Family to face The Shield in a 3 on 3 Tag Team match, I want CM Punk to challenge Randy Orton for the WWE Worldheavyweight Title whether he wins or losses, I want Brock Lesnar to face Batista and beat him in a non title match, and I want John Cena to challenge for The Undertaker's Streak even though I want John Cena to lose against Undertaker.

Yes she can. No warnings and just dismissal is sometimes enough to sue. All depending what went on. But in her case I would call straight away.
She would have to be able to prove it was retaliation for her report. That would be hard to do. Also unless she works in Montana or has a contract or union the company can fire her at any time for any or no reason. So there is no such thing as wrongful firing in the US as they are at will states.
