So I was trying to shoot water in to my garbage can. But I accidentally hit my neighbors car with the stream of water and it set off the alarm.The gun I used was the nerf super soaker tornado strike.It‘s not a powerful gun, so why did This happen.

it was probably just loud enough for a sensor to take notice. in my neighborhood a half dozen alarms go off whenever there's a thunder clap. those alarms are just too sensitive.
