i usually go to sleep with a heated blanket cus im freezing at night but when i fall asleep, i wake up like 3 hours later sweating and have woken up to dreams where people hang themselves, i kill people, or someone is trying to kill meand i know it has something to do with me being hotor the heated blanketcus when its off i have pleasant dreams
