Question:

Why do I still see restaraunt workers handling food without gloves if it is against food safety rules?

I've seen more than two restaraunts where the worker was handling bread without gloves, as well as the cheese that went on the burger..The other day I was at a sushi bar and the chef was handling everything without gloves (he was washing his hands)(I also think that if someone was going to be careless and not wash their hands, they would probably be just as careless with the gloves by not changing them.. so I'm not extremely worried, just curious)Curious.

Answer:

I dont know where in the world you are but here in Ireland we use 1/2 inch which is 14.7mm and in the UK they use 15mm.We can buy the Uk stuff here but an Irish fitting can be tapped on if your stuck ,There is a device for expanding fittings (solder ones), a good plumbing suppliers will know what you want .If push comes to shove just use a compression fitting or whatever it takes , i know solder is better but sometimes you gotta compromise.GL
They are just dust or water on the camera lens or in the flash. It sounds like you saw ball lightning. It's pretty cool, I saw it once myself.
