I'm not sure if Lance McGrew has what it takes to give any driver a winning car at any point of any race and he certainly doesn't seem to make the car better over the course of a race like other crew chiefs do. Haters say its all Jr and thats fine, but they don't understand the team concept of racing and they don't understand how important a crew chief is to a driver.
