Question:

Why do we want to know more about things and events beyond our control?

I'm studying Native American Literature right now in school, and every story I've read is about how the world or humans came to be but they are all have different theories. Some theories are mythical (such as the Native American stories I have read), and some are scientific (big bang theory, etc). Why do we all (and I mean every human who has ever lived) wonder about where they came from, and seek explanations for events beyond our control? What do the different explanations we have come up with over the years offer to us?Don't give me a super specific answer, I need a few different views about this question so I can write an essay. :) Thanks!!

Answer:

the ability for anyone to cause this phenomenon would require great strength. Also, not everyone is equal in this strenght, but I assume you are giving the set strength of your cchosen fighters. i would say the lightning person would win. Lightning is very fast and tracks a target. Even at half the voltage of normal lightning, it would still kill someone, especially repeated shots.
