Question:

Why does car tyres and motorcycles tyres must be black?

I‘ve seen bicycles with colourful tyres such as fixie bikes.but NOT motorcycle and cars?Any explanation?

Answer:

most planes don't have them, Ever hear of air drying?
Wipers aren't used in the air, they are for ground use in the rain/snow.
As a guess I would say carbon is added to the tyres to make them harder and so longer lasting. Carbon is pretty black stuff. I also guess that the coloured tyres for bikes are in fact made of nylon and for some reason, as you ask, are not used on cars. Perhaps nylon can ignite more easily on wheel spin or even burst under heat, not a problem on a bike. Maybe something to do with road grip? Think of all the worn tyres? Where does all that rubber go? Its in all of us I guess again!
