My cat is 3 and since he was a kitten has a habit of gnawing/chewing holes in everything-from sheets, blankets, shoes, carpets, clothes etcHe gets in this weird trance-like state while he is chewingI can't get him to stop and I have to place everything at least 4 feet off the ground so he won't destroy itAny ideas why and suggestions on how to get him to stop???
