I bought both a new laptop batter and charger about a week ago, and when I have the laptop on and plugged in, the charger will go between not charging and charging. About every five or so seconds it will stop charging, then start again. Any suggestions?
the charger could be faulty. i would suggest you look into returning the charger and getting a new charger from a more reliable source. the charger has to be the exact model as the one you are using now with the correct specifications. for a new charger, you can look online on generic sites but i would personally suggest topmic they are more reliable and have better reputation. you should be able to find them through google search. make sure the specifications is the same as your current charger (connector tip, voltage, amperage, etc). if you have any more questions feel free to send me an email and ill be happy to help (^_^)/!
