Ok, my 1929 house has newspaper stuffed into the corners of the attic where the roof meets the floor, it has a foot high board that meets at that corner (all the way around)I pulled out some of the newspaper and it mentioned Secretary Kellogg who served 1925-1929Why is this paper there, and should i take it out, did someone think it was good insulation? - we don't have soffit vents outside.
