I agree with DosC. . but DONT put them between the treads - they will be too low. also remember to use OLD shoes and not gel soled. This is my plan as i continue to run in the winter.
Depends on the type of fire and the area affected. For each area, there is a certain type of fire extinguisher used to put out the fire. Typically, for any fire in the flight compartment or cabin, we use water/glycol extinguisher. For engine fire, CO2 or dry powder is used. For landing gear fire, CO2 is used
Don't run on icy roads. It is far too dangerous. Try either an alternative indoor activity, go for a brisk walk or try pool running. I am stuck in the snow right now too and plan on heading out for a brisk walk. The way I look at it, is one fall will put me out of commission for far longer than if I just wait for the snow/ice to disappear. Of course that is depending on where you live. Snow is usually short lived in my home town.
