In the past month he has brought in trailer loads, 2 pallets at a time. They get off loaded into the garage but I never see where or how he is using it ?
the citric acid of the lime breaks down the milk, which is a very basic substance. this leads to the separation of milk into water and lactaid, which is curding. just dont drink it. =P

lime juice has citric acid in it.so it will react with the milk proteins to form lactic acid.thus the milk will disintegrate into cheese...
