ok i know this is probably stupid, but i am cold and home alone, at least think that i was smart enough to ask first!

its actually cold here this morning in So. Cal.
At the moment its not really that hot

I would just be honest :) They might be a bit cross, but they will get over it. I would just say I'm sorry but i wasn't paying attention and my lamp burned some holes into my blanket. You may have to explain a little bit more, but don't worry about it too much. If the worst happens, you'll have to apologize to them, be especially helpful around the house for a few days and buy yourself a new lamp and a blanket. I hope they won't be too angry x Good luck! :)
I prefer Lowes unless I'm shopping for garden stuff. Home Depot just has more for outside. I'm not getting anywhere near that fire hydrant. I've seen lots of dogs and a few drunk idiots peeing on it just in the past few days.
