Answer:

NEVER USE THE GUN FOR PIERCINGS OTHER THEN LOBE OR EAR CARTILAGE PIERCINGS the guy was correct so just based on that i'm starting to think you can trust him. i think you should do what is safer because that's your health you're dealing with and you can't mess around with that. i mean if you do what the stud later on down the road you can always change the hoop after it's healed the hoop doesn't have to be permanent
100% correct about the needle, it makes everything so much easier. i'd go for the hoop, it's way easier to clean because you can spin it. and in a bout a month, you can change it to a stud, and it'll be fine (:
You can leave it off, but then your going to have to answer for the period of no. If your a teen that would be understandable to have time between jobs, but if your adult that might be hard to cover. You could put let go or please ask. By law when previous employer is being contacted by a prospective employer the previous employer can only say if you are rehire-able or not. They are not allowed to get into any details.
No you have to pay for sending pictures and videos if your plan does not specifically say unlimited text and picture messaging so be careful with that because it does cost a lot of money. I am sure you can't upload them on facebook for free either just because I think you need to connect to the internet through your phone for that. Just call and ask them.
