Will the stairs do me any good?

I've decided to use the stairs instead of the elevator when I arrive at work, I'm on the 6th floor and I was wondering whether this could aid with losing weight and toning up my legsI know the whole climb takes around 3-4 minutes but I was wondering whether this does any good in the long term with regards to weight or will it at least speed up my metabolism??I personally don't have much faith in the stairs coz my room is on the 3rd floor in our villa so I go up and down at least 7-8 per day and I don't feel like it's done me any good for the least 2 years we've been in this house though my mom always says you never know, maybe you would've been fatter without them lt;- Scary thoughtThanks for the help :)

You will need a liquid antacid and I would suggest basic brands because they all work the sameThey are very fast working and powerfulAlso, sometimes the pain is caused from the acid pumps over working and you will need Zantac to slow them downMyself, I use a combination of both of themLiquid antacid for that fast cure, and follow it with a Zantac to keep that acid level downThis is what I have done for years myself, and should work great for you as well.
I'd recommend a daily stroll for an hour around the neighborhood, or an hour on the treadmill, because it burns more calories then running up and down the stairs in your house.
