Starting today my windshield wiper stopped working on my passengers side. I noticed while it was going it started to go half way up and than back down and now it stopped moving. I do notice though, that the part that moves in a circular motion is still moving, it is just not moving the arm up and down. Whats wrong and how much do you think this would cost and how long to fix?
