After having the windshield replaced on my 2009 VW Jetta the wipers have stopped working, though I can hear the motor. Is there a simple fix for this or will I need to take it in for service?

Personally I would go back to the glass store that installed the windshield and tell them they F.U. big time. It is not they are getting paid for. Or go to a VW dealershipwhoever is closer and is open. Chances are this is warranty work. Why should you get your hand dirty?
