Question:

Worst day ive ever had in a very long time. Thoughts of suicide..?

Okay, so this morning me and my girlfriend were arguing and ended up breaking up. During our argument my nose just like randomly bled for like an hour nonstop. Then i went to ash my cigarete and i guess the ash didnt make it in the ashtray, And 3 blankets caught on fire. I have an upstairs room in my house so i threw them out the window onto the roof so i could avoid alarms and the fire dept. And they wouldnt go out, so when i stepped on all the blankets, i had to put little fires out with my bare hands. And then when i put everything out, i go back to my room. And see this medicine that my friend had just took last night, and it caused her to have siezures, its not ment to be drank but she did. She just got out of the Emergency room becaue of it. And now i feel like it was a sign to tell me that its my time, i need to end my life. What does anyone else think..?

Answer:

Modern ones do but when smoking was allowed in rooms the detectors were designed not to react to tobacco smoke.
Yes, they can fire you as a liability because you have a physically demanding job and a medical condition that can interfere with your performance duties. Also, as your pregnancy begins to show, your sex appeal will diminish (very few men find it attractive) thus you will not be fulfilling your expected function. You would be more of a dead weight than a draw to the club. They may also be concerned that after your probationary period, they would be liable to pay comp, maternity leave or be open to a suit if you had complications. A medical emergency would disrupt their business so you could be problematic that way also. They may also have found out that you knew and didn't tell them so your actions could be construed as fraud. I don't think you have a discrimination case because of the nature of the business (how many exotic dancers are in wheelchairs or blind). It is still a profession with minimum qualifications, standards and expectations. Try to get another job in a different industry before you really start to show because no matter what the laws may dictate, no one really wants to deal with all the liability, medical, and reliability issues of a new employee having to leave right away after investing time in training them.
This is what i would do. 1. Push your car off a cliff 2. Call the police and say it was stolen 3. Collect insurance money. 4. Buy a car that has power locks. Problem solved
