CO2 fire extinguishers are rarely a required type of unit. For offices, they would not be required at all. So long as you had the required dry-chemical units you could add CO2 fire extinguishers wherever you felt there may be a need. CO2 is an excellent (albeit heavy) choice for extinguishing fires on electronics as the CO2 dissipates completely and leaves no damaging residue behind. Just be cafeful using them in small spaces as there can be an asphyxiation risk.
Before you do anything, you need to check with your local city/county codes to see if you can burn. Check with your local city hall or county courthouse.
Sorry no. i would say study groups but I am not sure you would be able to without getting distracted. I would go to a library (if you mean college freshman) or lock myself up in a room to study.
