I'm using my room for bNd practice and there's a lot of echoes. Would hanging blankets on the walls and setting them on the floor help??

Wall Street knows that they just need to wait it out. Their attitude is, We screwed you little people over and got a bail out to boot, get over it losers Wall street is like a bully with its arm extended holding you back. You can swing all you want but you won't come close to hitting them.
I don't think anyone is supposed to park in front of a fire hydrant no matter what color it is.As for it being illegal,call the city hall where you live and ask.If they say it's illegal(which they probably will)ask them how much a fine would be for it.Tell your mom how much the fine would be,she'll probably start parking some place else.
I'd start hitting them with the fire hoses every night.
