Does anyone know where I can get information on how to make a copper round roof for a birdhouse? How do you cut the copper without bending the heck out of it? thank you
Buy some copper flashing and cut the stuff with tin snips. Press out any bends with a piece of wood and a rubber mallet. Attach the roof to the birdhouse with copper nails. Go to a (mom and pop) hardware store they will know what you need.

use a copper sheet, [flat] cut it in a circle [larger than what the top will be ] cut to the center, pull it into a cone shape you cut it with metal shears it looks like a over size scissors
