Question:

1995 Chevrolet Camaro Brake System?

I recently did a brake inspection on the car. I only had 1 problem! No Brake Fluid to the rear Brakes. I even went as far as disconnecting the line at the rear "T" joint no fluid there eather. so i fallowed the line to make sure there no brakes or kinks in it all the way to the hydraulic modulator/motor pack assembly. I disconnected the line still no fluid. so I then checked the 2 bleeds on it i had good pressure. so i then pulled the anti-lock valve solenoid to the rear line there was fluid and it was pretty clean didnt see any thing that could been plugging the resivor to the line. so here the question. Is it most likely the solenoid or the Electronic brake control module? How to test that solenoid working properly my book dont tell any voltage or ohm's mesurments

Answer:

Brake systems get complex. You could have a failing master cylinder that has lost the ability to force fluid to the rear brakes. You could have a bad proportioning valve that allows fluid to the front well before it should. You could have s fluid leak in and point of the rear brakes .you need to have the system looked at. It is not safe to drive as it is.
