my 2004 dodge ram 1500 3rd brake light does not work...Ck all fuses.ok...Tail lights work fine...Could it be the brake light switch ?
The brake lights and taillights are the same bulb but have two filaments, IF the brake lights at the rear are working the third brake light bulb is burned out. If the brake lights and third brake light are not working it's possible the brake light switch is bad or needs adjustment or you have wiring issues.
