My anus has bumps inside of it that is like stys.. I cannot explain it.. When I pick at them I car tear off a bit of fat and it bleeds a little. Sometimes there isn't so many of the bumps and then sometimes they spring up.. What do you think I have??

No, you cannot. An air tank and a fire extinguisher have different types of threading and welding specs. This is in addition to the Steels mil specs used when maufacturing the units. An air tank requires a 1/3 larger weld than a fire extinguisher. The threading for both are made with different materials and have far different failure specs. In short, to modify a fire extinguisher for such a purpose is a tremendous waste of time and energy. As an example, ask any Fireman, in that we use extinguishers and Scott tanks on a daily basis. Anyone qualified to fill, inspect or certify both will tell you the same thing.
