ive been too many demo derbys but this time im competing in one. what all do i need to do?? i know i have to get a car and wear a helmet but what else??? thanks
I'm not a plumber but I do believe that pipe joint compound would contaminate the epoxy and keep it from setting. The plumber who answered before me is correct. Do not use epoxy on the connection you are trying to make. That's what compression fittings are for! You shouldn't need the pipe joint compound either. Butch
I guess they have a right to ride at night. Some people don't have driver licenses and have to use a bicycle to get to and from work even at night. I remember one time around here a few years ago a woman was killed on a bicycle. She was on her way home from work at 3 AM and her driver license was suspended. 2 idiots were drag racing on the road she was on and one car hit her. I understand it's scary seeing a bicycle like that. They should not wear dark clothes and wear reflective clothes and have a light. As long you drive a safe speed, keep your eyes open, you should be fine. To answer your question, I don't think they should purposely ride at night unless they have some place to go.
To say that Christians want to stop scientific research is rubbish. I am a Christian and have taken part in it and have a daughter involved in an international research project at this very moment. Secondly to say that the existence of God has been disproved is one of the most ridiculous statements ever made and no true scientist would ever make such a statement. Now, lightning rods are not magic and don't make the lightning go elsewhere, They attract the lightning and direct it to the ground. I don't have my bible nearby and can't recall Job 36:32 so I don't understand the full intent of your question. Just to say that it was not God that caused any of Job's problems.
