Question:

Are all motorcycles manual transmission?

I love bikes but I‘m tired of the whole manual transmission, are their any sport motorcycles (hayabusa, ninja, ext) that are automatic?

Answer:

No, not all motorcycles have fully manual gearboxes. The Honda VFR has an optional dual clutch electronic transmission, similar to a paddle shift car. The Yamaha FJR has an optional 'automatic' shift transmission. You still shift with your foot, but there is no clutch lever. The Aprillia Mana has an automatic transmission. Honda has a couple other choices as well. Then there are all of the scooter type bikes with their continuously variable transmission - no clutch, no shift.
Honda had a semi automatic one back in the day and it was a flop as most people prefer to shift for themselves part of the fun of having a bike. I find that people who only drive automatic cars want a bike with an auto transmission and people with manual transmission cars just really don't care. I do know that you can get a push button shifter where you have 2 buttons on the handlebars shift up/down. I think that you still have to manual pull in the clutch but as I've only seen it in a catalogue I can't give you more information about it. A buddy of mine got himself a Bergman scooter (650 cc) and he figure that he would get a lot of stick from me but it was a really nice ride and it had a CV transmission. If he had of bought a cruiser then he would have gotten some grief from me as I ride a sport bike. LOL That might be an alternative for you.
No, Honda revealed a new affordable motorcycle automatic transmission called the CTX700 that is suppose to come out in 2014
