Hi everyone i am looking for pigmented,smooth ,easy to blend eye shadows from the drugstore .ive notice a lot and I mean a lot of drugstore eyeshadows are very chalky and not pigmented at all.i love the wet n wild color icon ones but there are not many shades so do any of you guys know other good eyeshadow pallets besides those that you would recommend ? Yes, they do give them away here in a place in Maryland. They have hundreds of them and they offer them for free

40 x 48 is a standard pallet, but they do come in many sizes. No, they are not given out free as they are expensive. There are places in most cities that rebuild them. You could buy a rebilt #3 pallet for about $5.00
