I have a 2001 buick century sometimes the brakes want catch they make this noise and kind of vibrate. When that happens i have to let off the brakes and press on them again and then it works. It does it when I am turning right or I hit a bump. What could this be? I had the brake master cylinder changed but it is still doing the same thing.

Obviously your brakes need some work but I'm unable to determine just what is needed with the information provided. Could be a sticking brake caliper, worn brake pads, warped brake rotors or even a leaking brake booster. Take your car to an independent brake shop and have them inspect the brake system for you. I wouldn't recommend that you go back to the place that did the original work, nor would I recommend that you go to any of the franchise or chain type auto service places. You'll get better service and less hype when dealing with an independent shop. They absolutely depend on word of mouth advertising and will do their best for you every time.
