Question:

can bb's be fired twice?

will it damage the gun if they break

Answer:

They really should but, there isn't a rule about that.
my dentists and orthodontist doi always thought they had to no matter what
don't use tinted shields at night. I also don't recommend the high viz orange type shields at night. you CAN get away with riding with it as i have, but it make the light sources look very odd, so i don't recommend it. if you know you're going to get caught by going from day to night or night to day, bring the appropriate shield with you. personally, i prefer the high viz orange shield instead of a grey tinted type shield. the orange helps makes things stand out and give it a crisp view. i much prefer it. it doesn't look cool, yeah i know, but i like that through my eyes, the visuals are better than a grey tinted screen.
According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control) it is RECOMMENDED: Chin-length plastic face shields or surgical masks and protective eye wear should be worn when splashing or spattering of blood or other body fluids is likely, as is common in dentistry (2,5,6,34,35). When a mask is used, it should be changed between patients or during patient treatment if it becomes wet or moist. Face shields or protective eye wear should be washed with an appropriate cleaning agent and, when visibly soiled, disinfected between patients. It is NOT an OSHA regulation that they be worn. The employer IS required to provide their employees with protective gear.
I never stated it was a law or a rule, it is a guideline. osha /pls/oshaweb/owadisp.show_document?p_tableSTANDARDSp_id10051
