Question:

Can heavy trucks run on 100% biodiesel?

I know that heavy trucks only like 20-50% bio-blendsIs there any tuning you could do to have a bus or something run 100%bio?Maybe an HHO hookup? Or what about adding kerosene?

Answer:

Think you canI once read a recipe where you put foil in the bottom of the crock to raise the meat from the bottom or do not see that wrapping it would hurt anything.
I wouldn't use aluminum foil, but instead use the Reynolds' crock pot liners made for that purposeYou might put some water or beef broth in the crock potThat might be a good idea.
You usually do it the other way around - slow cook or braise them to get them tender, then finish on the grill (or under the broiler) to get that grilled tasteYou can still line the crock pot with foil - it'll help with cleanup.
NoCrock pots cook with steamBut you're on the right track by wrapping them in foilCoat the ribs in barbecue sauce and wrap them in foilPut them in a 275-degree oven with the seam in the foil side upCook them for 2.5 - 3 hoursThey will be fall-off-the-bone tenderRemove the foil and grill them for about 5 minutes per side while brushing on barbecue sauce (careful not to burn the sauce completely).
Any diesel engine can run on 100% biodiesel provided there are no natural rubber seals or fuel linesMost use blends because there is not enough biodiesel produced to replace all the petro diesel for the fleetsKerosene can be mixed with diesel and often is for cold weather useI wouldn't want an HHO devise connected to any car or truck I ownI wouldn't trust them not to cause engine damage.
