Question:

How do I.?

How would i go about putting a book together consisting of two pieces of fabric together when the pieces of fabric have cardboard on the back of them and then putting 20 or more pieces of paper in between?

Answer:

the turbine manufacture should give a type of pole rated for there turbine,
The 'projected area` of a wind turbine is a hellofa lot bigger than a flagAny wind rating based on a flag is meaningless when applied to a turbine.
you'll need to create a fold in the fabric/cardboard cover so that you can open/close your bookyou can do this by laying a ruler along the top edge and running a popsicle stick or dried out ball point pen along the ruler (to score it) then fold the fabric/board back against the ruleryou can stack the pages between the covers, then make two holes in the top - using a hole punch or drillyou can bind it with a rubber band and popsicle stick (push the rubber band through one hole, push the stick through that loop, stretch the rubber band across the back and then through the second hole and push the other end of the stick through that)or you can bind it with yarn or ribbon: put one end of the ribbon through one whole, the other through the other hole, pull them so they are eventake the ribbon up over the top of the book and back through the same holedo this on both sidesnow just tie in a bow or knot.
