Question:

Can i drive with air in my brake system?

Will the breaks work at all if there is air in the system

Answer:

If enough air gets in the brake line, they will not work. Do not try driving with that condition.

No. That's dangerous. The air in the brake lines compresses instead of the fluid pushing the caliper pistons to move. You won't stop fast enough.
