Try Benefiber or Metamusil fiber supplements- Mostly, they come in flavoured powdered forms that you mix into you're water, or wheatgerms/ bran which you can add into food's (yoghurts/ cereals/ oatmeals/ etc .) Hope i'v helped, goodluck! - Also try wholegrains, and orange fruits/ vegetables (ie: yam's) which are all great sources of fiber along with baked beans/ chickpeas/ lentils and try probiotics to help move you digestive track(Yoghurts)
